Data Protection and HUST
We understand that lots of companies will be contacting you at this time about changes in data protection regulations that will come into force today, the 25 May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulation – or GDPR for short – is designed to give you more control over how your data is used.
At HUST we do our very best to keep you informed about matters relating to the football club and our fundraising activities via email. We hope we get the balance right between providing relevant information without it ever amounting to overkill.
If you want to keep receiving email updates from us then you need do nothing.
However, we need to make you aware that you can unsubscribe from HUST emailed updates simply by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and informing us you want to be unsubscribed. Just bear in mind that if you do, you can still keep up to date with HUST information via our website or our Facebook Page.
Please Note :
- We do not share HUST membership data with any Third Parties and only HUST Board Members and our official I.T. contractor have access to it.
- All personal data is removed from our database when an individual terminates their membership.
Thank you for your continued support.
