Our forthcoming AGM will be held on Thursday 6th December 2018 at Hartlepool College of Further Education, Stockton Street, Hartlepool TS24 7NT at 6.30 pm for a 7pm start.
We very much hope to see as many of you there as possible, but we appreciate this is not always possible or practical.
If you are not able to attend, a proxy form will be sent to all members, with the official notice and agenda, with enough time for proxies to be returned.
Call for resolutions
In addition to any resolutions that will be put forward by the Trust Board, members can submit their own resolutions to the meeting, (in accordance with Rule 26 of the Society). Such a resolution should be submitted to the Membership Secretary (membership@hufcsupporterstrust.org.uk) by Monday 12th November and should include the Members name, contact details and membership number. Anyone wishing to submit a resolution by post, please send to :- HUST, 22 Sandbanks Drive, Hartlepool TS24 9RP, to arrive no later than Tuesday 13th November 2018.
