The HUST Board are delighted to announce that Eddie Kyle has accepted the role as the next Trust Honorary President. Eddie’s two year honorary position within HUST will run from the 2018 AGM to the 2020 AGM and he is a welcome and valuable addition to the team. Eddie is passionate about football, about Hartlepool United and about its fans. His experience within the football world, his honest and straight talking character and his profile amongst HUFC supporters will help maintain the profile of HUST as a fans organisation, while providing guidance and advice to the HUST board.
Eddie takes over the role from the retiring Honorary President Jeff Stelling whose term has now come to an end. As surely the most famous Pools fan around Jeff was HUST’s very first Honorary President but more importantly he was instrumental in the survival of HUFC and for this everyone is truly grateful.
We welcome Eddie to the role and thank Jeff for his time and support of HUST.
