Thank you to all HUST members who have paid their annual membership renewal fee via Paypal recurring payment – your support is hugely important to HUST.
Many renewals are coming through at the initial joining rate rather than the renewal rate and we note that we are manually refunding the overpayment via Paypal as quickly as possible.
We further note that these are not direct debit payments controlled by HUST and that HUST cannot access any individual’s Paypal account to change the value of the payment. If you wish to amend the renewal settings then you can do so in the recurring payments section of your personal Paypal account.
