HUST Chairman Richard Ward is to stand down from the Board with immediate effect. Richard had previously informed the board that due to personal circumstances he was to stand down at the end of his current term at the AGM and has committed to ensure that HUST business is not disrupted by his departure.  He is replaced as interim Chairman by vice-Chairman Ron Harnish until the AGM in December when a new board will be elected. On behalf of all HUST members we would like to thank Richard for his involvement and incredible amounts of hard work over the past three years.

Nominations for the board vacancies will open in October and there are eight seats available.  We hope that members who have time and skills to offer will step up to help keep HUST running and continue to move towards involvement with Hartlepool United and we would welcome new faces.

If anyone would like to discuss the type of roles available on the board then please do get in touch.  Find out more here.

Kind regards,

HUST Board
