With regret the HUST board note that Jacqui Forster of Supporters Direct has recently passed away following a long battle with cancer.
Jacqui worked closely with the team of Hartlepool United supporters who were instrumental in setting up HUST and attended an open meeting arranged for fans to present an overview of the role of Trusts in respect to their clubs, answering various questions on how the formation of HUST could move forward.
She was a passionate football supporter and committed to seeing involvement of fans and their clubs grow, and her input, experience and support was hugely valuable in the formation of HUST for the benefit of HUFC supporters.
Our thoughts are with Jacqui’s family, friends and colleagues at Supporters Direct at this difficult time.
